I'm a software systems engineer with twenty two years' experience in software and systems design and development.Recently made redundant by Nortel Networks, I'm seeking a senior role in the software design & development or software & systems architecture fields.
My background is in software & system design for a wide variety of telecommunications technologies both on the embedded side and in network management but my skills could be applied in many high-tech software areas.
I'm especially strong in roles that involve gaining a thorough understanding of customer or marketing requirements so as to translate those into technical requirements and specifications for implementation.
I'm experienced in the entire product development life-cycle from requirements gathering through design, development and integration to post-delivery support, maintenance, and evolution.
